These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on brainchildposters.com (“Website”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We offer posters, gallery wall sets, and poster frames. All products are designed, printed, and shipped from Denmark.
Product descriptions, sizes, and prices are shown on each product page.
3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR (or relevant currency where applicable).

Prices include VAT where required under applicable law.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Payment is processed when your order is confirmed.
If you are ordering from outside the EU (e.g., UK, Norway, Switzerland), local import duties or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A binding agreement is concluded once you receive this confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors or technical issues.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped from Denmark using trusted European carriers.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination and seasonal demand.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers – 14 Days)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly by email before the 14-day period expires.
You must return the goods no later than 14 days after informing us.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Items must be returned unused and securely packaged.
7. Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase:

We will refund the product price using the original payment method.

Refunds are issued once we have received the returned goods or documentation of shipment.

Original standard shipping costs are refunded as required by applicable law.

Additional shipping costs resulting from choosing a non-standard delivery method are not refunded.
8. Partial Returns of Bundles
If you return only part of a bundle or gallery wall set, the bundle discount may be recalculated. The refund will reflect the price difference accordingly.
9. Damaged or Defective Goods
While most shipments arrive safely, occasional transit damage may occur. If this happens, please provide us with the necessary photo documentation within 3 days of receiving your package. This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Important: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery, even if you don’t plan to use the product right away.
How to file a damage claim
To process your claim, please email hello@brainchildposters.com with:
1. A photo of the damaged product
2. A photo of the front of the package (all four corners visible)
3. A photo of the back of the package (all four corners visible)
4. A photo of the interior packaging (bubble wrap, air cushions, etc.)
5. A clear photo of the shipping label
Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your email.

Under Danish law, consumers are entitled to a 24-month complaint period for defects.
If your product is faulty, please contact us with documentation and we will assist you.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this Website are the property of Brainchild ApS and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses unless required by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also submit complaints through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:
