1. Photos of the damaged product
2. Photos of the front and back of the package (with the shipping label visible)
3. Photos of the interior packaging (bubble wrap, air cushions, etc.)
4. Your order number and a brief description of the issue
We’ll review your claim and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
