Returns

If you wish to return your order, please ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. The product must be unused and returned in secure packaging, just as you received it.

To initiate a return, please email hello@brainchildposters.com, and we will provide you with the correct return address.

Online withdrawal function

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via our online withdrawal function here.

Once you submit your request using the withdrawal function, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in its original condition. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but it must not be used.

• If the item has been used beyond basic inspection, a partial refund may be issued based on its reduced value.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible to avoid depreciation.

• Posters should be rolled in protective paper and returned in the original cardboard tube. Missing original packaging may result in a reduced refund.
